Short Summary:
The City of Fort Worth is seeking an experienced and dedicated Water Systems Supervisor to join the Field Operations Division within the Wastewater Collection System. This role is critical for maintaining the reliability and efficiency of the city's water and wastewater systems, operating 24/7.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned staff, prioritize and assign work, ensure training and adherence to policies.
- Inspect maintenance, installation, and repair of collection and distribution systems.
- Identify resource needs, manage emergency events, and coordinate activities with other divisions.
- Investigate and follow up on work orders, ensuring compliance with goals.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to operations.
- Respond to and resolve public inquiries and complaints.

Requirement:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Five (5) years of experience in water utility field construction, maintenance, or operations, including supervisory experience.
- TCEQ Wastewater Collections II License required.
- Valid Texas Driver’s license.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and be on-call for emergencies.
