Short Summary:
As the Head of People Operations, you will be the strategic people leader, partnering with the CEO and executive team to align talent strategy with business objectives, focusing on organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, and building scalable people programs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary strategic People partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.
- Lead organizational design initiatives, including team structure and role clarity.
- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes.
- Oversee executive recruiting strategy and partner with leaders on hiring decisions.
- Coach leaders through organizational change and team effectiveness.
- Design and implement leadership development programs.
- Use people analytics to identify organizational risks and measure effectiveness.
- Evaluate and improve People processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Provide leadership for the People team while ensuring operational excellence.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
- Experience overseeing HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development functions.
- Demonstrated success partnering with CEOs on organizational strategy.
- Deep expertise in organizational design and performance management.
- Strong executive coaching and leadership development experience.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
