Short Summary:
The Team Leader is responsible for the safety, quality, and productivity of all employees in their designated department, ensuring production schedules are met in accordance with company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead production team through mentoring and motivating team members, ensuring group and individual productivity.
- Perform and/or assist with investigations related to safety, quality, and operational performance.
- Enable effective communication between the production team and management.
- Observe safety and security procedures. Maintain a safe, clean work area and report any potentially unsafe conditions.
- Ensure that all production staff follow good manufacturing processes and safety practices.
- Follow GMP’s and Safety standards always.
- Ensure full adherence to 6S practices at all times.
- Help to ensure production targets are achieved, including monitoring staffing, waste, and productivity.
- Be accountable for the general operation and efficiencies of production operations.
- Follow and direct company regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior manufacturing or industrial experience required.
- Leadership ability and computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 55 pounds.
