Short Summary:
Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East, aiming to simplify and improve people’s lives. The Senior Growth Analyst will drive data-driven insights and strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Careem's platform.

Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Preparation:
- Extract data from multiple sources (SQL databases, APIs, and third-party tools).
- Clean datasets to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Maintain data quality for decision-making.
- Automate data tasks to improve efficiency.

- Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends.
- Design and analyze A/B tests for growth initiatives.
- Analyze user activity and identify key behavior trends.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques for predictive analysis.

- Reporting and Visualization:
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time insights.
- Create automated reports on key metrics.
- Track and report on core growth KPIs.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale B2C startup.
- Proficient in data mining, statistical modeling, and advanced data analysis.
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with AI and LLM models for task automation.
- Good communication skills for presenting results to diverse audiences.
