Responsibilities:
- Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of Canadian Warmth.
- Advise customers through expert product knowledge.
- Demonstrate selling behaviors that drive Conversion and Units per Transaction (UPT).
- Create and foster lasting client relationships and customer loyalty.
- Engage and inspire clients through personal shopping appointments.
- Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and key performance targets.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through teamwork.
- Participate in educational initiatives and strategies.
- Support in the upkeep of overall physical store maintenance and cleanliness.

Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel are an asset.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours.
