Responsibilities:
- Own and drive product strategy and roadmap for your area, making clear prioritization calls.
- Run continuous discovery of internal processes, tools, and users to map workflows and turn findings into a prioritized roadmap.
- Lead the full product lifecycle: problem framing, scoping, shipping, measuring outcomes, and iterating.
- Define success metrics and use data and experimentation to validate direction.
- Align stakeholders across Product, Business Operations, Engineering, Data, and leadership.
- Present product updates and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive product innovation by tracking industry trends and technology.
Requirement:
- Strong experience in Product Management, including automation experience in an agile tech environment.
- Proven track record of shipping automation or AI solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive decisions across teams.
- Data-driven and tech-savvy, able to engage deeply with engineers on technical solutions.
- Familiarity with inventory management, ad delivery, or campaign operations is an advantage.
