We are a seasonal, ingredient-focused brunch spot with a strong tourist crowd and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Great service is at the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for someone who brings genuine care, energy, and professionalism to every guest interaction.

We’re currently looking for a passionate and reliable team members to join our busy brunch restaurant in Belgrade.

Requirements

We are looking for a reliable and motivated team player who is punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate:
– Is fluent in English
– Speaks Serbian well enough to communicate fluently with guests
– Has recidence permit
-Has experience working in bar
– Is friendly, responsible, and committed to delivering excellent customer service

Key responsibilities

– Greet and interact with guests in a warm and welcoming manner
– Accurately take and process customer orders
– Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, presentation, and timing
– Answer menu-related questions and offer thoughtful recommendations
– Handle customer inquiries and minor complaints in a calm and professional way
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and dining areas
– Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient daily operations

What the company offers

Salary: 70,000 RSD/month (400 per hour) + tips + bonuses
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts
Probation: 1 month
