Short Summary:
The People Technology team at Block is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to manage the infrastructure for the employee lifecycle, focusing on Talent Acquisition and building scalable, secure platform infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and other People teams to identify opportunities for improvement through technology and AI.
- Build and enable shared integrations, data services, and platform automations.
- Use AI and modern development tools to prototype, automate, and deliver technology solutions.
- Steward core People Platform systems ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable operations.

Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience managing enterprise People platforms such as Workday or Greenhouse.
- Supported Recruiting or Talent Acquisition through technology.
- Led technology initiatives end-to-end, simplifying complex business processes.
- Preferred: Built AI-powered workflows or applications, and written code or queries (Python, SQL, JavaScript).
