Short Summary:
The Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing workforce, managing pharmacy workflows, and ensuring operational delivery while collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage pharmacy and patient service workflows to SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets.
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment and shipping operations, including escalation resolution and external pharmacy partner coordination.
- Monitor daily shipment pipelines and quality reports to ensure on-time delivery and order accuracy.
- Directly manage supervisors and specialists; develop talent through coaching and performance management.
- Lead resolution of complex patient and customer escalations, driving root cause analysis to reduce repeat issues.
- Manage identification, documentation, and resolution of patient and pharmacy-reported incidents.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions.
- Partner with various departments to solve problems and align on priorities.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of managerial experience in operations/production in a start-up or high-volume company (healthcare tech/pharmacy preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
