Short Summary:
The Senior Manager will evolve workforce strategy, build scalable Workforce Management capabilities, and drive operational performance across contact center and pharmacy operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences while supporting growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve workforce and network strategy across Patient Services Operations.
- Build and lead a scalable Workforce Management function.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and workforce efficiency.
- Design and lead Blink's operational command center capability.
- Partner with outsourced service providers for workforce planning standards.
- Develop end-to-end visibility across operations teams using analytics.
- Lead high-priority initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams for workforce management tools.

Requirement:
- 8-12+ years of experience in operational strategy, operational excellence, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce operating models and planning.
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
