Short Summary:
BetterHelp is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to lead the Psychiatry Practice Management team, focusing on clinical excellence, provider operations, quality assurance, compliance, and product innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team conducting audits and reviews of provider activity and clinical documentation.
- Manage psychiatric quality assurance initiatives and support investigations involving provider performance.
- Develop strong relationships with providers to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Directly manage and develop Psychiatry Operations team members.
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for psychiatric care delivery.
- Maintain a small caseload of psychiatric clients to understand provider experiences.

Requirement:
- Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience in psychiatric assessment and medication management.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
- Strong understanding of psychiatric prescribing practices and clinical quality management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passion for improving access to mental healthcare through innovation and technology.
