Short Summary:
At Bazaarvoice, we create smart shopping experiences by connecting brands and retailers with consumers through user-generated content and valuable insights. As a Solution Consultant, you will partner with the Sales team to add value to prospect businesses and inspire clients with our solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Primary opportunity partner for Account Executives/Account Director providing solution, industry, and contextual business expertise
- Prepare and inspire prospects/clients with solution recommendations and demonstrations
- Ensure prospects understand our solution’s (technical & program) requirements
- Collaborate with Account Executives & Client Success Directors on business cases
- Support Client Success on product fit & demos for upsell opportunities
- Handle objections and competitive differentiation
- Support the RFP response process
- Work with Client Engagement teams to document key client requirements
- Support EMEA team with product knowledge & questions
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for defined industry, products, or topics
- Support field teams and marketing with thought-leadership activities
- Share and align on best practices with EMEA and global teams
Requirement:
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence in front of large audiences
- Significant experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to build relationships with business and technical contacts
- Understanding of sales methodologies and experience in solution selling
- Digital marketing or ecommerce and/or business software (SaaS) industry experience
- University degree or higher
- Full authorization to work in Germany without restrictions
- Fluency in German and English
