Short Summary:
As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at BambooHR, you will own the complete customer engagement cycle, utilizing AI tools to build production-quality software for small and mid-sized businesses. You will lead discovery sessions, define project scopes, and deliver tailored solutions while ensuring reliability and correctness.

Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site and video-based discovery sessions with customers to understand workflow challenges.
- Define project scope and deliverables, managing expectations through delivery.
- Build AI-powered agents, custom tools, and automated workflows for HR needs.
- Learn customer systems to design fitting integrations.
- Validate solutions for correctness and reliability before delivery.
- Transition completed engagements to the tools team with thorough documentation.
- Share field learnings as product insights and contribute to the Forward Deployed Engineering practice.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a record of shipping production software.
- Full-stack development experience and proficiency in system design and architecture.
- Track record of building and deploying AI agents and solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience is a plus.
