Short Summary:
We are looking for a Founding Product Lead to serve as the first operator for a new healthcare venture, focusing on product discovery, health system relationships, and early business formation.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the founding operator for a new healthcare company from concept through early validation and launch.
- Build deep, trusted relationships inside a large academic health system, working directly with hospital administrators and senior executives.
- Serve as the primary bridge between health system stakeholders, Atomic, and the engineering and data teams.
- Work closely with technical partners to explore and analyze claims and operational data, observe workflows, and identify high-leverage problems worth solving.
- Support early go-to-market efforts, including piloting with the partner health system and shaping a path to selling into additional systems.

Requirement:
- Demonstrated success finding product market fit at the 0 to 1 stage.
- Experience operating in or alongside the healthcare ecosystem.
- Experience working directly with health system leaders, hospital operators, or payer-adjacent workflows.
- Strong judgment and independence, with comfort making decisions in fast-moving, under-specified environments.
