Short Summary:
We are building out our design capability for the tools that power our business from the inside out. This role focuses on designing for scale, improving workflows, and creating measurable ROI through design.
Responsibilities:
- Own the design of internal and operator-facing tools end to end.
- Turn ambiguous business problems into clear design direction.
- Build systemic solutions for recurring issues.
- Set success metrics and track data to drive decisions.
- Build and scale a design system.
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and collaborate with engineers and PMs.
- Help shape direction for other designers.
Requirement:
- Strong communication skills for presenting and defending design thinking.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional relationships independently.
- Systems and workflow thinking for scalable design.
- UX-led craft with solid UI and design-system fluency.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to define problems independently.
- Genuine curiosity and drive to improve processes.
- Prior iGaming experience is not required; candidates from B2B or SaaS environments are encouraged to apply.
