Responsibilities:
- Interpret requirements to develop positive and negative test scenarios.
- Participate in developing of automated testing framework.
- Develop and maintain test execution steps in an automated framework.
- Perform manual and exploratory testing as needed.
- Develop/utilize tools and programs to facilitate testing.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot problems.
- Document and communicate test results.
- Document and track product defects.
- Adhere to team priorities and work well in an integrated developer/tester environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop test plans and test cases.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with developers to provide feedback on code quality and functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to testing.
Requirement:
- Experience in manual testing of web applications, web services, API.
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer with Java.
- Knowledge of automated testing methodologies (BDD, DDT, etc.).
- Experience in automated test framework (Selenide/Selenium/Webdriver, etc.).
- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Test-NG).
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Good knowledge of Linux.
- Experience with JMeter, Gatling.
- Understanding software testing principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding client-server architecture, HTTP/HTTPs basics.
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc).
- Basic knowledge of Configuration Management/Automation tools (Ansible).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
- Experience with docker.
