Responsibilities:
- Oversees stock management (Stylist & Uniforms), ensuring accurate inventory control and adherence to procedures.
- Manages daily team operations, including attendance, scheduling, and holiday planning.
- Ensures timely re-stocking and efficient inventory management, analyzing stock movements for trends.
- Conducts research and testing projects to improve dealers' on-camera appearance.
- Conducts practical interviews with potential makeup artists.
- Identifies innovative approaches to enhance quality and productivity, coordinating new projects.
- Proposes measures to improve appearance quality and customer experience.
- Commits to ongoing professional development and maintains confidentiality of company information.

Requirement:
- 1+ years of professional hands-on experience in makeup application or hairstyling.
- Minimum High School Diploma and a diploma or professional certification in makeup or hairstyling.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- PC literate with scheduling and communication management skills.
- Willingness to work across various shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365.
