Short Summary:
Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer-focused behaviors and actions. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Provides high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Greets each customer, assesses their needs, suggests options, and provides resolution.
- Creates a welcoming environment and builds trust with customers.
- Provides product knowledge and superior sales skills.
- Assists customers with price changes, special orders, and military uniform requirements.
- Operates a cash register and conducts sales transactions accurately.
- Ensures compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Practices loss prevention procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Completion of high school or equivalent.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility.
- Must be authorized to earn U.S. dollars in Germany.
