Short Summary:
This is a contingent position requiring Top Secret Clearance. The Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of government programs, providing leadership, strategic planning, and operational management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with government clients to develop innovative, mission-focused solutions that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and refine digital products that meet client needs with a focus on data analytics, user feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Drive development and management of digital platforms, websites, or portals to improve service delivery and foster engagement.
- Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Manage diverse initiatives across various domains such as Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, and Financial Consulting.
Requirement:
- Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in planning, directing, and implementing large programs of similar scope and complexity.
- 5+ years of experience overseeing teams to provide user-centric digital solutions within military or government sectors.
- Strong experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies tailored to military and government audiences.
- Strong in contract management and overseeing financials at a program manager level.
- Familiarity with various IT platforms relevant to government and defense sectors.
- Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Active Top Secret Clearance.
