Short Summary:
Arcadia is seeking a Revenue Operations Staff Systems Engineer to manage and enhance the architecture of its go-to-market technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and other platforms, to improve healthcare delivery through data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as administrator and engineer for Salesforce, owning configuration, security, and ongoing platform health.
- Maintain and extend the Planhat customer success platform.
- Act as a key technical resource on the RocketLane implementation for customer onboarding.
- Translate process needs from Sales, Marketing, and Operations into system designs.
- Build and maintain integrations across the GTM and Customer Operations stack.
- Provide user support and create enablement materials.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years administering and configuring SaaS business platforms.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations between SaaS platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and prioritization skills.
