Short Summary:
As a Working Student Customer Success - DACH, you will support the Customer Success Team, ensuring customers receive the insights they need for their business success. This role is an opportunity to build a career in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Support the monitoring and optimization of data flows between HubSpot and internal tools.
- Prepare slides and materials for stakeholder communication.
- Develop content to educate and engage customers (e.g., newsletters, use cases).
- Assist with operational tasks like planning meetings and managing digital workspaces.

Requirement:
- Analytical mindset with strong quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in fast-paced environments (management consulting, tech, startups).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- Currently enrolled as a student at a German university (with at least 12 months remaining in studies).
