Apollo.io is seeking a Researcher to enhance user experience and drive customer-centric product development. The role involves conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior researchers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth, agile research including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
- Develop user personas and journey maps.
- Integrate iterative testing and feedback loops in product development.
- Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions.
- Collect and analyze user data to identify patterns and trends.
- Prepare research reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers.
- Mentor junior researchers and stay informed on industry trends.
- Pursue continuous learning and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Share user insights to foster a culture of user empathy.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of mixed methods research experience.
- Proficient in various research methods and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in tackling complex problem areas with proven outcomes.
- Empathetic and collaborative team player.
