Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced people leader to manage a team of Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) focused on Data and Core Services. This role involves leading a geographically distributed team to help customers adopt and optimize AWS services at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team of Specialist Solutions Architects.
- Manage performance, career development, and succession planning.
- Define and execute the technical go-to-market strategy for Data and Core Services.
- Engage directly with strategic customers at CxO / VP level to drive large-scale adoption of AWS services.
- Drive operational mechanisms to track team health, pipeline contribution, and service adoption metrics.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing solutions architects.
- AWS or comparable cloud architecture experience.
- Strong technical communication and matrix collaboration skills.
