Short Summary:
Alpha Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Specialist to coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and maintain equipment logistics. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and proactive in solving logistical challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments involving supplies, materials, equipment, and vehicles.
- Manage delivery schedules and ensure shipments arrive safely and accurately.
- Develop and maintain an organized shipping and logistics system.
- Prepare and organize shipping documentation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers.
- Research and monitor trade and logistics requirements for international shipments.
- Assist with the purchase, rental, and leasing of equipment and vehicles.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of shipping and logistics experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating carriers, suppliers, shipments, and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
