Short Summary:
Almedia is seeking a highly hands-on and influential Head of Product Design to lead end-to-end product experiences, shape design strategy, and elevate user-centric products.

Responsibilities:
- Lead End-to-End Product Design: Drive the entire design process from discovery to implementation, focusing on quality and measurable impact.
- Coach & Elevate Design Quality: Mentor a team of designers to raise standards for visual and interaction design.
- Drive Strategic Design Vision: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to align design with business goals.
- Deliver Measurable Impact: Use data-driven approaches to inform design decisions that impact key business metrics.
- Own & Enhance the Experience: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance usability and user satisfaction.

Requirement:
- Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in end-to-end product design with a strong portfolio.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Proven leadership ability to coach designers and inspire teams.
- Strong product instinct and strategic thinking.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in research and analytics.
