Short Summary:
The PMD Recruiting Director - EMEA is a new, highly visible role on AlixPartners’ Executive Recruiting team, responsible for leading the executive recruiting team in EMEA, focusing on Partner and Managing Director candidates. This role involves building relationships with EMEA leadership, managing searches, and ensuring a high-quality recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the executive recruiting team in EMEA, covering the UK, DACH, Italy, France, and the Middle East.
- Set strategy, create trust-based relationships, and implement best practices.
- Mentor and develop the recruiting team, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee candidate experience from introduction to onboarding.
- Manage key searches end-to-end, including research, outreach, and evaluations.
- Facilitate development of business cases for final-stage candidates.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and local laws.

Requirement:
- Experience leading an executive search team in EMEA within a consulting or professional services organization.
- Strong understanding of consulting business drivers and executive considerations.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in German, French, and/or Italian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
