Short Summary:
The Artist Hospitality Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all hospitality needs for the artists and crew, including scheduling meals, catering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dressing room area.

Responsibilities:
- Create day of event meal plan for artist and crew and send to artist management for approval.
- Prepare and serve meals at the venue on the day of the show.
- Ensure dressing rooms are set-up, stocked, and clean.
- Review artist’s contract for compliance with venue requirements.
- Create itinerary for the day of the event and coordinate tasks with the artist’s assistant.

Requirement:
- High School Diploma or its equivalency.
- 2-4 years of related work experience.
- Existing relationships with agents, managers, and touring personnel.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting requests.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong intrapersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly personality.
- Previous experience working with deadlines.
- Knowledge of the music industry preferred.
