The role is for Noida Office. You will be a key lead in the automation team to automate compliance controls and processes and building towards near real-time compliance monitoring with us, employing AI.</p><p></p><h2>What You Will Do:</h2><ul><li>Work under the supervision of the TechGRC manager and perform development activities that would support the Compliance function</li><li>Build and maintain compliance automation platform/tool to provide a comprehensive view of the compliance posture of the organization</li><li>Design/Architect AI solutions to implement functionality across multiple microservices to achieve performance at high throughput and low latencies</li><li>Take ownership and participate in all aspects of software development activities to support Compliance controls testing</li><li>Introduce new insights from within or outside Adobe decisions that may improve current compliance reporting tools of Adobe</li><li>Continuously improve and maintain the TechGRC Intranet, SharePoint, Wiki, and other portals</li><li>Interface and collaborate with multi-functional teams to build formal networks involving coordination among groups to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features</li><li>Define and implement the goals of the team, delivering AI solutions that balance the needs of the business, innovation, and the maintainability of software</li><li>Fast prototyping of ideas and concepts and researching the industry's latest trends</li><li>Should be willing to travel for approximately 10-20% of the time</li></ul><h2>Required Job Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>A college degree with a focus in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent experience</li><li>7+ years of hands-on design/development experience</li><li>2+ years focused on AI/ML systems in production</li><li>Experience with server architecture and design patterns (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling)</li><li>Writing reusable, testable, efficient code</li><li>Design & Implementation of low-latency, high availability, and performant applications and maintain documentation</li><li>Strong proficiency with JavaScript and Python</li><li>Hands-on experience in API design and development with NodeJS, Python using frameworks such as ExpressJS, Flask</li><li>Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB</li><li>Understanding of server-side templating languages such as EJS</li><li>Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application</li><li>Strong understanding of modern development patterns: Agile, CI/CD, Kubernetes/Docker, micro-services</li><li>Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, ReactJS, AngularJS</li><li>Understanding of state management tools such as Redux, Mobx</li><li>Deep expertise with LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar</li><li>In-depth knowledge on prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques</li><li>Strong social, verbal, and written communication skills and strong planning skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and requirements</li><li>Proven ability to develop robust, efficient, and high-quality code</li><li>Ability to tackle and resolve problems using appropriate tools and techniques</li><li>Great teammate with a thirst to learn, and ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><h2>OTHER BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS:</h2><ul><li>Knowledge of Compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, etc.) is a plus</li></ul><p style="text-align:left"><b>Internal Opportunities</b></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Creativity, curiosity, and constant learning are celebrated aspects of your career growth journey.
