Senior Manager, Buy Desk

<h2>The Opportunity</h2><p>Lead Adobe’s global in-house Social & Programmatic buying function across all regions! This role coordinates multiple regional pods (AMER, EMEA, JAPAC), driving unified execution across paid social, organic social, and programmatic channels to improve full-funnel performance.</p><h2>What you'll Do</h2><ul><li>Own global media buying strategy across social (paid + organic) and programmatic, ensuring cross-channel alignment and full-funnel impact</li><li>Lead and mentor Pod Leaders across regions (in India), driving performance, accountability, and consistent execution standards</li><li>Develop scalable frameworks that integrate social and programmatic planning, implementation, optimization, measurement, and reporting</li><li>Drive cross-channel optimization strategies by coordinating audience, creative, and bidding approaches across platforms and DSPs</li><li>Champion innovation through AI tools, automation, and advanced optimization, improving efficiency and performance at scale</li><li>Partner with Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and Ad Ops to align on coordinated media strategies and measurement frameworks</li><li>Translate regional insights into global strategies while accounting for market-specific nuances</li><li>Coordinate budget allocation, forecasting, and investment strategy across channels and regions</li><li>Ensure operational quality across trafficking, tagging, QA, and governance on both social platforms and DSPs</li></ul><h2>What you need to succeed</h2><ul><li>Over 10 years of experience in paid social and programmatic media buying, including managing campaigns on a global scale</li><li>Extensive knowledge of leading social platforms and DSP networks (DV360, AdCloud, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP)</li><li>Solid grasp of cross-channel strategy, including how social and programmatic interact throughout the funnel</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing managers and/or multi-team global structures (5+ direct/indirect reports)</li><li>Experience implementing solutions based on artificial intelligence, automation, or advanced analytics in media workflows</li><li>Solid grasp of the distinctions between global and regional media nuances as well as platform variations</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborator management skills</li><li>Preferred qualifications: Advanced degrees or specific skills in media strategy and technology-based innovation</li></ul><h1>About Adobe</h1><p>At Adobe, we believe in creating a company culture where all employees are empowered to make an impact.
