influence: &lt;/b&gt;Serve as a trusted communications advisor to JAPAC leaders and cross‑functional partners, influencing outcomes across a complex, matrixed organisation without direct authority.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Thought leadership &amp; storytelling: &lt;/b&gt;Advance Adobe’s corporate narrative across the region, elevating employee storytelling from transactional updates to meaningful, purpose‑led communications that connect strategy to impact.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Channels &amp;
