Our team is the centralized global function responsible for the integrity of the control environment across the company, with SOX at its core today and a growing compliance remit.</p><p></p><p>As an Auditor, you'll work across both business and IT processes to strengthen and mature the controls behind the games played by millions every day. You'll gain broad exposure across ABK, take meaningful ownership, and develop deep expertise in a dynamic, global gaming business.</p><p></p><p>You'll also help shape how we work next. Our team is evolving beyond traditional SOX execution, using Microsoft-enabled data, automation, and AI technology to build a more proactive and insightful compliance function.</p><p></p><p>This is an individual contributor role on a well-established, high-trust team with a strong learning culture. It is well suited to someone who wants to build lasting expertise in modern compliance and see the impact of their work compound over time.</p><p></p><p><b>What you bring to the table</b></p><p><span>Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:    </span></p><ul><li><p>Assist team leadership with risk assessment, scoping, and planning for the annual SOX cycle.</p></li><li><p>Perform process walkthroughs with business and IT stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of processes, systems, risks, and controls. Maintain clear, high-quality narratives, flowcharts, and control matrices.</p></li><li><p>Execute design and operating effectiveness testing across business and IT processes — financial controls, IT general controls, automated controls, and key reports — documented in workpapers that stand up to external auditor scrutiny.</p></li><li><p>Identify control deficiencies, assess root causes, and partner with process owners on pragmatic, sustainable remediation, including retesting management action plans.</p></li><li><p>Improve control testing and monitoring by applying data analytics, automation, and AI through Microsoft-enabled tools such as Power BI, Copilot, and Power Automate.</p></li><li><p>Leverage hands-on fieldwork to provide practical insights that improve SOX execution, effectiveness, and efficiency, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team and with stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Stay current on audit, SOX, and technology developments — including emerging risks across automation, systems, and AI — and proactively flag their implications for the program.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>1–3+ years of public accounting and/or internal audit experience. A public accounting foundation is strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent — certified or actively pursuing. We value certification for the knowledge it builds and the professional commitment it reflects.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of internal controls and SOX Section 404, including walkthroughs, testing, documentation, and deficiency management.</p></li><li><p>A quick learner with a strong work ethic — self-motivated, organized, and accountable, with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time and raise issues early.</p></li><li><p>Genuinely curious about how processes and systems work, with a builder's instinct and an appetite for automation, data analytics, and AI.</p></li><li><p>Approaches issues methodically, considering business context, and recommends practical, value-adding solutions.</p></li><li><p>A clear and thoughtful communicator, in writing and in person, who works effectively with stakeholders at every level and adapts the message to the audience. S., the standard base pay range for this role is $57,020.00 - $105,480.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U. S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
