Short Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Implementation Program Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions through our partner network.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Zoom Partner Deployment Accreditation creation and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain the strategy and roadmap for technical continuing education programs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and best practice guides.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to scope, outline, create, and launch Deployment Accreditations.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Partner Solution Engineers to define maintenance strategies.
- Partner with Product Owners to identify technical enablement needs.
- Maintain high standards for content quality across all accreditation and enablement programs.
- Manage multiple concurrent certification or enablement programs.
- Monitor and report on program progress.
- Stay updated on Zoom's product roadmap.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in partner/vendor management, program implementation, or similar roles.
- 5+ years of cloud-based education, training, or enablement experience.
- 5+ years of channel experience.
- Strong project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful partner program implementations.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
