Short Summary:
As a Zoom AI DevOps Engineer, you will work on high-impact, large-scale systems supporting ZoomAI and Machine Learning services, contributing to cutting-edge AI initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining ZoomAI services’ release deployment and maintenance.
- Conducting in-depth investigations across various ZoomAI services and environments to identify architectural or operational inefficiencies.
- Designing and implementing enhancements in deployment pipelines and CI/CD automation to improve reliability and accelerate release processes.
- Designing and implementing zero-downtime Zoom services (99.999%).
- Developing CI/CD automation to maintain a scalable architecture.
- Automating monitoring metrics, identifying and troubleshooting service issues.
Requirement:
- Hands-on expertise in AWS Bedrock.
- Experience in Kubernetes and Docker.
- Skills in using Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and other DevOps tools.
- Expertise in Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and related monitoring tools.
- Programming expertise using Python, Shell, and various scripting languages.
- Experience in writing and managing Ansible Playbooks and working with Ansible Tower.
- Deep understanding of Linux systems and shell environments.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
