Short Summary:
The ITIL Change Manager at ZILO™ is responsible for the end-to-end change enablement process across the technology platform, ensuring minimal risk to service availability and client operations. Prior hands-on Transfer Agency experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve the ITIL-aligned change management process.
- Chair and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) sessions.
- Assess the operational impact of proposed changes on transfer agency processes.
- Partner with engineering, delivery, and client operations teams to build a forward schedule of change.
- Manage the change calendar and enforce governance controls around TA-sensitive periods.
- Track and report on change success/failure rates and change-related incidents.
- Act as an escalation point for failed or high-risk changes.
- Ensure change records and documentation meet internal governance and regulatory requirements.

Requirement:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager within an ITIL/ITSM framework, ideally in a software vendor, FinTech, or financial services technology environment.
- Prior hands-on experience within Transfer Agency operations.
- Experience running CAB/ECAB processes and managing a forward schedule of change.
- Experience using ITSM tooling (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
- Prior experience within financial services, fintech, or a comparably regulated industry is preferred.
