Short Summary:
Yopeso is seeking an Integration Specialist to lead the integration of acquired companies into the organization, ensuring that acquisitions deliver intended value through effective collaboration and cultural alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquisitions.
- Act as the primary contact between leadership, functional teams, and acquired organizations.
- Identify and resolve cross-cultural, communication, and process gaps.
- Design and track an integration roadmap with clear milestones and success metrics.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business unit leaders to align policies and tools.
- Surface risks and propose solutions early in the integration process.
- Build and maintain integration documentation and playbooks.
- Support due diligence and pre-close planning for future acquisitions.
- Facilitate workshops to keep integration aligned and accountable.
- Report integration progress and risks to leadership regularly.
Requirement:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse cultures and teams.
- Track record in delivering international projects.
- Prior experience in M&A integration or related roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Structured and organized approach to project management.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed for integration activities.
Nice to Have:
- Additional languages beyond English.
- Experience in the technology or software sector.
- Background in consulting or corporate development.
