Responsibilities:
- Owning the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI-powered HR and workforce management solutions.
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, AI specialists, and UX designers to deliver high-value product features.
- Defining, prioritizing, and refining user stories based on business objectives and customer needs.
- Identifying opportunities to leverage Generative AI, AI agents, and automation to improve HR and administrative processes.
- Driving the discovery and delivery of AI-powered product capabilities that create measurable business value.
- Supporting the development of conversational AI solutions integrated with existing enterprise systems through APIs.
- Ensuring AI solutions meet security, compliance, auditability, and human oversight requirements.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product leadership role within SaaS products.
- Experience identifying and delivering AI-powered product capabilities, including automation, predictive analytics, intelligent recommendations, or Generative AI features.
- Fluent Spanish (C1/C2) and professional English.
- Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
