Short Summary:
We're looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered marketing. You'll join the team building Polaris IQ, Wpromote's intelligent marketing platform, and work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science to create intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Conducting research and testing to understand user needs
- Collaborating with product managers to translate requirements into interfaces
- Partnering with engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation
- Supporting the maintenance of a cohesive design system
- Simplifying complex AI capabilities for clarity and usability
- Engaging in design reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Staying current with design trends, UX practices, and AI advancements

Requirement:
- 3-5 years of product design experience with a strong user-centric portfolio
- Proficient in Figma’s design, prototyping, and AI-assisted design features
- Strong user research skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Passion for simplifying complex systems and attention to detail
- Familiar with agile development processes
