Short Summary:
WPP is on a global transformation journey, seeking to enhance FP&A capability and lead analytical assignments within the Group HQ Financial Planning & Analysis / Data and Analytics team.

Responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the Group’s analytics platform in Power BI.
- Monitor alerts around Azure Databricks SQL Warehouse and Azure Data Factory pipelines to ensure data quality.
- Lead the design, build, and deployment of new Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Work with Enterprise Data and Finance Systems teams to optimize data for consumption.
- Assist in developing a comprehensive documentation library about algorithms and models used in Power BI.
- Act as a technical resource to users, providing support and resolving technical issues.

Requirement:
- Strong SQL and Python understanding for querying large data sets.
- Understanding of data modelling processes in Azure Databricks & Azure Data Factory.
- Strong understanding of best practices for Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Previous exposure to SAP BFC, Hyperion, or similar financial consolidation tools.
- Strong financial accounting and control skills.
- Professional Accounting qualification desirable but not required.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Apps).
