Short Summary:
A strategic and visionary Manager PMO to deliver/lead the enterprise-wide Project Management Office and drive project management and change across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Help lead the maturity of the EMEA PMO into a high-impact, value-driven function.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide regular, data-driven insights to C-level executives on project portfolio health, risks, and ROI.
- Establish and institutionalise best-in-class project and program delivery standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of project maturity and resource capacity planning.
- Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and Business Units to optimise delivery capabilities.
- Act as a change agent for strategic initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing EMEA PMO and PM team.
- Manage project management tools and systems.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, including 5+ years leading PMO functions.
- Proven success managing large, complex portfolios and transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge in project delivery frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Executive-level presence with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in project/portfolio management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira).
- Business Management acumen or related field; PMP, PgMP, or comparable credential is desirable.
- Operational experience in Aviation or Air Cargo related role would be beneficial.
