We are seeking a creative and data-driven Senior CRM Product Communications Strategist to join our growing CRM team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making the complicated sound simple and producing communications that make customers feel great about using Wise.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product teams to understand new product or feature launches and their impact on customers.
- Define data-driven communications strategies.
- Write detailed, clear, and well-orchestrated briefs.
- Collaborate with a talented and diverse team to create visually appealing communications.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and follow up on performance and insights.
- Convey ideas and beliefs with imagination and conviction.
- Stay informed about competitors and provide insights on best-in-class communications.

Requirement:
- Strong experience in high-impact product launch, mission, and brand communication strategies.
- Passion for data and its role in communications.
- Proven experience working with Product & CRM teams.
- Experience designing communications for multiple locales.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
