Short Summary:
Wise is looking for a Senior Analyst to manage and mitigate risks in Wise Platform, focusing on compliance gaps and suspicious activity monitoring as the company scales its products to enterprise partners.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to inform and fine-tune controls for detecting suspicious activity.
- Set up standardized processes for tuning transaction monitoring rules.
- Collaborate with the Partner Risk Monitoring team to ensure tools for monitoring emerging partner risks are effective.
- Contribute to Financial Crime reporting and analysis, defining and maintaining Fincrime KRIs.

Requirement:
- Proficient with SQL and data pipeline management tools (Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, Python, Lightdash).
- Solution-oriented with project ownership from start to finish.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in crafting dashboards and visualizations.
- Commercially minded with experience in opportunity sizing and forecasting.
