Short Summary:
We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Squad to make a meaningful dent in global financial crime.

Responsibilities:
- Setting new standards of live detecting hyper specific and regional crime at scale.
- Working with regional compliance officers to deliver global controls.
- Collaborating with data scientists, product analysts, product designers, product compliance managers, operations leads, and software engineers.

Requirement:
- At least 6 years of direct product management experience for Principal PMs, ideally closer to 10.
- Customer obsessed with a focus on user research and empathy skills.
- Direct experience in building machine learning, LLM, or other advanced algorithmic products.
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to identify and prioritize problems.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team.
- Self-driven and able to deal with ambiguity.
