Short Summary:
At Wise, we’re looking for an experienced professional to join our Commercial Pricing team, focusing on sustainable growth and fair pricing for our North American markets.

Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and refine pricing strategy.
- Understand product value, costs, and margins to determine effective pricing.
- Build pricing proposals for new products and revisit existing prices.
- Evaluate commercial rationale for pricing experiments.
- Run quarterly pricing processes and communicate developments.
- Build effective pricing frameworks for quick decision-making.
- Partner with local teams and coordinate across departments.

Requirement:
- At least 5 years of experience in Pricing in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong business background with corporate, consulting, and startup/fintech experience.
- Experience in cost attribution and allocation across product verticals.
- Ideally, familiarity with the payments industry.
- Strategic thinking and ability to create long-term growth plans.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a ‘test and learn’ culture.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
