Short Summary:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the operational strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-value banking and fintech partners, ensuring their ongoing success and driving continuous improvement in payment solutions delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own volume retention, operational performance, and relationships with Enterprise platform partners.
- Drive operational performance analysis and improve processing for partners.
- Partner with Account Managers to drive retention targets and enhance partnership scalability.
- Use data insights to track performance and implement initiatives for retention metrics.
- Lead incident response and communication during service disruptions.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Advocate for partner needs and influence product roadmaps.
Requirement:
- At least 5 years in Fintech/Banking with experience working with enterprise banking clients.
- Deep operational expertise in cross-border payments and knowledge of payment rails.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing C-level executives.
- Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Autonomous and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
