The Wikimedia Foundation is looking for a Lead UX Researcher to join the UX Research team, leading mixed-methods research to provide insights for decision-makers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact research opportunities and inform product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Leading qualitative and quantitative UX research studies.
- Proactively identifying and defining strategic research projects.
- Communicating research findings to stakeholders.
- Acting as a strategic thought partner for cross-functional leads.
- Informing planning and strategy discussions through research.
- Evolving best practices in UX research.
- Mentoring junior researchers and guiding contractors.

Requirement:
