Short Summary:
Our mission is to become the global standard for addressing. We created what3words, dividing the world into 3m squares with unique combinations of three words for precise location sharing. Our tech is used globally by various sectors, including emergency services and eCommerce.
Responsibilities:
- Own our infrastructure as code as a governed product.
- Build self-service paths for product teams.
- Ensure reliability is integrated into the delivery path.
- Implement a Shift Left Security approach.
- Manage cloud costs as an engineering responsibility.
- Address open-ended platform problems with durable outcomes.
- Share an on-call rotation with the team.
Requirement:
- Multi-account AWS experience at scale.
- Deep Kubernetes experience in production.
- Advanced Terraform skills.
- Practical GitOps experience.
- CI/CD platform ownership experience.
- Experience in observability and incident response.
- Strong automation and security scripting skills.
- Experience with AI tools to enhance developer experience.
- Excellent communication in spoken and written English.
