Short Summary:
We’re seeking a strategic, highly detailed, and hands-on Senior Manager, Media to own paid media campaign initiatives end-to-end, leading full-funnel media strategy primarily in paid social.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other major platforms.
- Own budget planning, pacing, and campaign profitability while identifying risks and implementing optimizations.
- Ensure accurate tracking and measurement through advanced ad tracking solutions.
- Contribute to the development of creator-led paid media strategies.
- Analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights and create performance reports.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day media contact for client accounts.

Requirement:
- 4–6 years hands-on experience in paid social media platforms.
- Proven experience creating and leading client-facing decks and strategy presentations.
- Familiarity with major paid social tools and interfaces.
- Current knowledge of platform-specific features and products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and manage complex account timelines.
- Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills in a results-driven environment.
