Short Summary:
Whalar is a leading Creator and Social agency that transforms brands into cultural drivers. The Client Services team is responsible for the creative output and execution of campaigns, working with internal and external partners to bring a brand's vision to life.

Responsibilities:
- Project manage and direct day-to-day operations of campaign delivery, including budgets and timelines.
- Lead calls with creators and clients independently.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, and client stakeholders.
- Manage communications for multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.
- Participate in internal and external meetings, providing insights on brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance with creative ideas and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the evolution of best practices as the team scales.
- Mentor at least one Campaign Executive, supporting their career development.

Requirement:
- 4+ years of agency or brand experience, including team management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in executing earned creator marketing initiatives.
- Ability to build strong relationships with creators and clients.
- Self-starter with a detail-oriented approach and ability to multi-task.
- Understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem and a desire to learn about industry innovations.
- Collaborative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
