Short Summary:
The Client Services team at Whalar is responsible for the creative output of client campaigns, ensuring smooth project execution and managing client relationships, creator partnerships, and operational standards.

Responsibilities:
- Source and vet creators across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
- Build relationships with creators throughout the campaign cycle, including outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and content management.
- Develop and issue creator briefs, leading communications for content development.
- Review creator content for compliance and quality, providing feedback.
- Create and monitor posting schedules, ensuring accuracy and addressing negative sentiment.
- Collaborate on campaign success, managing timelines, budgets, and performance tracking.

Requirement:
- 1+ years’ experience in the creator and influencer landscape.
- Affinity for social media and content creators.
- Strong detail-oriented, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset and can-do attitude, thriving in collaborative environments.
