Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic analytics partner for Channel Ops and Strategy.
- Enable teams through data literacy and AI usage coaching.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose data-backed improvements.
- Translate complex data into clear performance narratives.
- Deliver high-impact visual insights and infographics.
- Build and maintain robust analytical models in SQL and Python.
- Leverage Metabase for SQL-based analysis and operational analytics.
- Develop analytical frameworks for partner incentives and revenue optimization.
- Automate data flows and reporting pipelines.
- Inspire and empower others by promoting wellbeing.

Requirement:
- Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset.
- Advanced technical expertise in SQL and Python.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Salesforce, Looker, Metabase, and Google Analytics.
- Experience designing and maintaining dashboards.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
